Why Integrate Lean 6 Sigma and Project Management?

Every major company to even small companies understand that improving their business means more than just increasing its’ marketing efforts. Project Management is about designing, and leading the project to completion, and since every Lean 6 Sigma initiative is an project at some operational scale, the methodologies of Project Management are critical to successful completion of any project.
