Mastery Learning is the center of our instruction. Every student is different. Mastery Learning overcomes these differences by creating immersive learning environments based upon Project-Based and Simulation learning, while integrating Body of Knowledge and coursework throughout the projects.
Every student will begin day one studying the LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt program, as well as, basic Project Management. By year two, every student will be a LEAN Six Sigma Blackbelt, as well as, continue in advanced studies of Project Management, all while engaging in projects that will provide skill, knowledge, and the majority of hours required to take the PMP exam.
This is completely different from other institutions that merely engage in theoretical discussions and never achieve either certification or high level skill development. That is another reason why Pasion has implemented a Professional Mentorship Advisory Board, that pairs each student with a mentor and a company so that they can actually have both a mentor and a potential project available to them.
