Dr. David Thompson (JD/DBA/LSSMBB/PM/NP) Retired Deputy Fire Chief/Decorated Veteran
Dr. Thompson started his education in biochemistry, while performing as a military reservist for the USArmy. His is a decorated veteran, a former combat/flight medic, who then advanced his career by joining the Fire Service as a firefighter/emt, mastering rescue techniques, and advancing to the rank of Deputy Fire Chief for professional paid departments. He was the initial Fire Marshall for the KAUST university initial construction phase, and provided his consulting services to various petrochemical and technical companies both domestically and internationally.
He earned a Doctorate in both Law and Business, is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, is an experienced Project Manager, a licensed Insurance Professional, and a small business owner.
